It's a Secret pt. 1

I wrote it down on a paint swatch. Black ink mixes with pale yellow. And then I hid it.

First- Go to a hole in the ground. Not just any hole. It's a charred hole. Once you remove the rocks and the half burnt pile of twigs, you'll find the spot of forever blackness. When you're there, sit and stare. And just envision flames, and the let your mind walk you into the imaginary embers. You always thought I was too distracted to notice, but I was the reflection in your eyes. The change from black to glowing orange, and then back again. Once you're standing in the soot, turn around and look up. That's what they saw when we sat there. Awkward and unsure.
