Curly hair,

The type that springs back when tugged by my curious fingers.

Conversations worth having,

That tickle my mind like a soft breeze on bare legs.

Being horribly straightforward,

The arctic land inside me sends ice shooting from my mouth.

Soft lamp light,

Half as harsh as the one above my head.

Black and white movies,

Because in the end that's what life is, black and white.

Beautiful tattooed,

Every picture of permanence means something different to every onlooker.

Stone fireplaces,

Just glancing at one sends a shiver of warmth throughout me.

Love letters,

Practically space oddities in the outer space of my being.

The words 'I love you',

Music to my ears.

Reckless text messages,

When sent, make my stomach squirm.

Yellow blankets,

They're indoor sunshine for cold toes.

Walking barefoot,

In rain, through puddles and mud.

Maturity,

Because this is the steppingstone for everything good.

Big pillows,

That hug me back when I'm plagued with loneliness.

Saying "One more", "Yes", "Kiss me harder", "You're beautiful", "You make my life better", and "I love you",

Because none could be overused.

Naps in the sunlight,

When I wake up my soul feels sun kissed.

Color coordination,

For no other reason than the aesthetics.

Photo albums,

And the giggles and the tears elicited.

Love,

Is there anything else to say?
